Our Gear is Made-to-Order

Every item is printed just for you, so we don’t offer returns or exchanges for things like buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes, or color swaps. Please double-check the size chart and product details before ordering.

If Something’s Wrong

  1. Damaged, misprinted, or defective item? Contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos. We’ll get a replacement sent out, no charge.
  2. Package lost in transit? Let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can work with Printful to replace it.
  3. Wrong Address

If you enter the wrong shipping address and the order bounces back, we can reship it to the correct address at your expense.

How to Start a Claim

  2. Include your order number and photos (if it’s a damaged or misprint issue)
  3. We’ll review and either replace or refund if it’s a verified defect.
