Our Gear is Made-to-Order
Every item is printed just for you, so we don’t offer returns or exchanges for things like buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes, or color swaps. Please double-check the size chart and product details before ordering.
If Something’s Wrong
- Damaged, misprinted, or defective item? Contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos. We’ll get a replacement sent out, no charge.
- Package lost in transit? Let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can work with Printful to replace it.
- Wrong Address
If you enter the wrong shipping address and the order bounces back, we can reship it to the correct address at your expense.
How to Start a Claim
- Email us at [your email] within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and photos (if it’s a damaged or misprint issue)
- We’ll review and either replace or refund if it’s a verified defect.
